Emperor's Lace Fabric is new to our collection and is made from 100% Polyester. The backing is made of quality mesh fabric with flower patterns that are made of high-quality stitching. It has small shiny sequins all over the fabric. The mesh backing is see through and comes in a width of 52" inches.
