The fabric features 3-Pass blackout lining that can be used as standalone drapery when necessary since it’s made up of several layers of black foam, white foam, and a final layer of white foam, giving you 100% blackout drapery with white linings on both sides.

We made a shade for both our kitchen skylight and a screen door that's in a spot that gets hit by the sun regularly. Before we started I took a very bright LED flashlight I have and turned it on. I could see NO LIGHT through this material. NONE!!!! This is very strong material also. You can see some of the holes from the sewing needle, but that's it. Great stuff, I would use it again anytime, and recommend it to anyone except someone I don't like!!!!!
